Not serious. SMALL COTTAGE The cottage is curently laid out as a bedroom, a general room with a small kitchen corner and a shower room. Both the bedroom and the general room have doors leading to a terrace/barbeque area between the cottage and the main house.The owner uses this cottage for guests during the Spring, Summer and Autumn. Apparently it was originally set up as two bedrooms. Bedroom: tiled floor, windows to East and West. General impression - Simple but clean and well decorated. The central heating boiler and the pool pumping equiment are located in the barn. The walls are in good condition though some attention will be needed to part of the roof in the medium term. SWIMMING POOL Located 5m from the South wall of the barn hidden from the house by a laurel hedge. 10m x 5m with a Roman end. The owner says a new liner was installed 3 years ago. The pool was constructed in 1991. The surround is still in good condition. |

| Our Opinion | Very Nice. Limeuil is a very sought after area and the impression you get as you arrive at this property is extremely good. The interior layout of the Main house is not perfect with one of the shower rooms being downstairs but we see this as a minor problem. At €450,000 it does not seem overpriced for the area.
