Our Fees and Conditions

 

We are based near the market town of Le Bugue in the part of the Dordogne known as the 'Périgord Noir'. (click for map)

Le Bugue is in the centre of an area bounded by Perigueux to the North, Bergerac to the West, Sarlat to the East and Monpazier to the South. We wanted to keep our fee structure simple and therefore decided that we would charge a flat rate for any visit within this area.

We would be quite happy to go further but you would need to contact us by email with the location of the property(s) so we could give you a quotation.

Our flat rate fee is €175 for a full report on the first property

For other properties visited with the same agent on the same day - €125 per additional property

We are prepared to do an external only visit to properties when we would send you a short email of our opinion and general comments with some photographs. The Fee for this service would be €75 per property.

When we arrive at a property, in the unlikely event that we feel that it is definitely unsuitable, we will send an email with our reasons together with some pictures. There will be a charge of only €75 for this. Should you wish for a full report, despite our concerns, there would be an extra charge of €100 as we will need to return to the property.

DPS Consultant is a "micro-enterprise" exempt from TVA (VAT)

The fee includes:-

All travelling expenses, the time taken in travelling, visiting the property, compiling the report and photographs and submitting to you.

 

Conditions

1. By submitting the "INFORMATION " form you accept the Fees and these Conditions

2. An Invoice for the required Fees will be attached to the same email as the Property Report. This Invoice should be settled immediately upon receipt. Payment can be made by EURO cheque, Bank Transfer or through PAYPAL (email account: davidsnitch@free.fr). Details will be on the invoice.

3. The service provided by DPS Consultant is purely a report on the suitability and our opinion of the condition of the property. Reasonable care will be taken to inform you of any serious defects but in no way are the services of DPS Consultant a replacement for any survey or building inspection that may be required.

4. No responsibilty is taken by DPS Consultant for any errors and omissions in their report although every care will be taken to make it as factual as possible.
