Welcome to our site. So you are considering buying a property in the Dordogne? We did 19 years ago and have not regretted one day of it. However, if you live outside of France, it is difficult to follow up the details sent to you by the local Estate Agents or the property owner.....not to say expensive, and you may not want to be rushed into buying during one of your visits here. You would also not be the first to arrive and find that the properties you had come to see were all sold. It might be nice to receive an independent report together with photographs so that you can decide whether it is worth the time and money to view it for yourself. We have therefore organised a very simple Inspection Service. Firstly we must make clear that we have no affiliation to any Estate Agency nor do we earn any commission from them whatsoever. We are therefore totally independent and in a perfect position to use our local knowledge to help you find your ideal home. Our local knowledge comes from the 15 years we owned and ran a successful Holiday Rental and Property Management Company located here in the heart of the Dordogne. We had over 75 high quality Rental Properties in our portfolio and over the years inspected 100's if not 1000's of properties. In short we know what to look for. What do you do now? Look at our "Fees" link and read the conditions. Click the "Information" link and fill in all the details or as much as you know. Submit the form and we will immediately contact the Agent or owner and make arrangements to visit the property or properties you have requested. Contact the relevant Agent or owner informing them that we will be in contact. Look at the "Sample" link which will show you the style of the report that will be sent back to you. If you wish, go to the "My Ideal" link and complete the details for your Ideal Home. We may be able to find something on your behalf.
